Premise:

From 2015 through 2017 TEMI Construction built 2625 RDP houses for the people of Etwatwa, in the Benoni area.
I was contacted close to the end of the project to photograph some of the completed houses.

Personal Experience: 

This project was coupled with a short video as i was able to interview one of the Etwatwa residents.
A lady and her children had been waiting years for an RDP house and it was finally being built by TEMI Construction

The shoot on the ground focused on the end product, building finish and also the TEMI Construction builders putting the finishing touches together on the sites. The aerial or drone photography section of the shoot focused on the full size of the site.

The Etwatwa area is quite large so the sites were sprawled across a few sections throughout the area, I was able to shoot about 20 to 30
houses together per section at around 120 meters in the air.
